At Pippa’s Head Office we have many teams who work behind the scenes to look after our students.


Our experienced travel team is the backbone of student mobility.

From coordinating airport transfers to managing last-minute flight changes, they ensure that students travel safely and comfortably.

Their expertise in navigating the complexities of travel, especially during challenging times like the global pandemic, is invaluable.


The well-being of our students is paramount, and our safeguarding team is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of care. With a focus on physical, emotional, and mental well-being, they work closely with parents and school experts to address any concerns promptly. Their commitment to safeguarding reflects our dedication to providing a safe and nurturing environment for every student.


The first point of contact for queries and paperwork, our administration team plays a crucial role in facilitating communication between parents, schools, and guardianship services. Whether it’s assisting with paperwork or providing letters for visa applications, they ensure a seamless administrative process for parents and students.


Behind every financial transaction lies the hard work of our finance team. From invoicing parents to managing student expense accounts, they ensure smooth and efficient handling of financial matters. Their attention to detail and prompt communication provide parents with peace of mind regarding their child’s financial arrangements.

Host Family

Our host families are an integral part of the Pippa’s Guardians experience, and our host family team is dedicated to selecting and vetting families who provide a safe and caring home for our students. Their meticulous recruitment process ensures that students receive the best possible experience outside of school.


Our admissions team assists parents every step of the way, from answering initial inquiries to processing registration forms. Their expertise in guiding families through the admissions process ensures a smooth introduction to Pippa’s Guardians.


With a focus on introducing UK boarding schools to Japanese families, our Japanese team plays a vital role in facilitating cross-cultural exchanges. From organising events to providing translation services, they help bridge the gap between Japanese families and UK education.

Business Development and Marketing

Keeping our community informed and engaged is the mission of our business development and marketing teams. From industry updates to social media management, they ensure that parents, students, agents and schools stay connected and informed about our services and offerings.


Our camps team creates enjoyable and enriching experiences for students through residential camps. By combining study with sports, activities, and excursions, they offer students memorable experiences during school holidays.

Chinese Liaison Officer

Rebecca is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, English, and Chaozhou Hua. She serves as a vital link between Chinese parents and guardianship services, facilitating communication and resolving issues efficiently. With her multilingual skills and accessibility across various platforms, Rebecca ensures seamless communication between parents, guardians, and area managers.
