Summer School Terms & Conditions
- Introduction
1.1 Terms and conditions: These terms and conditions together with the completed application / booking form are the basis of a legally binding contract between the Parent and the Company for the provision of educational services.
- Terminology
2.1 Application / Booking Form: means the application / booking form for parents to use when booking a Summer course for their child.
2.2 The Company or We or Us: means Pippa’s Guardians Limited as now or in the future constituted (and any successor). The Company is constituted limited liability company.
2.3 The Course Fees: means the Fees for the Course as set out in Fees Schedule.
2.4 The Deposit: means the Deposit payable by the Parents when booking the Course.
2.5 The Parent or You: means the parent or legal guardian of the Student and who has submitted the completed application / booking form.
2.6 The Course Leader: means the Leader of the Course appointed by the Company.
2.7 Student: means the person named on the application / booking form for whom a place on a Course has been confirmed by the Company.
- Application / Booking a Place on a Course
3.1 Application / Booking: The Parent may book a place on the Course for the Student by completing the Application / Booking Form and submitting this to the Company together with the Deposit. Except where clauses 3.3 or 4.5 apply the Deposit is non-refundable.
3.2 Consideration of application / booking: An application / booking will only be considered by the Company if the Application / Booking Form is fully completed and the Deposit paid.
3.3 Availability: Places on the Course are subject to availability. If a suitable place is not available the Deposit will be refunded to the Parent.
3.4 Equality: The Company welcomes students from many different ethnic groups, backgrounds and creeds. We will do all that is reasonable to ensure that the Company’s culture, policies and procedures are made accessible to students who have disabilities and to comply with our legal and moral responsibilities under equality legislation in order to accommodate the needs of applicants and students who have disabilities for which, after reasonable adjustments, we can cater adequately
- Fees and Cancellation
4.1 The course fee consists of £4,220 for course participation and 430,000 yen for the cost of round-trip airfare (item 5), which includes the following:
4.1.1 English language lessons, cultural excursions, access to facilities, travel accommodation, on site activities, food group airport transfers and the airfare (see point 4.1.3 for group airport travel details and private airport transfer fees)
The Course Fees do not include:
4.1.2 Additional optional activities (such as horse riding, golf, cricket or music), the optional trip to Cambridge, parental accommodation and travel, pocket money, travel insurance and visas and ETA application. (For details on the ETA application, please refer to section 4.5.3.)
4.1.3 Airport Transfers
Group airport transfers are included in the course fees for students arriving on flight JL043 on 28th July 2026 and departing on flight JL044 on 10th August 2026.
Individual transfers (outside of the advertised airport arrival and departure date and time) will be available with prior agreement with the Pippa’s Camp’s team at an additional cost of £250 via private transport. This cost can be shared between 3-6 students per vehicle.
The summer school will not accept responsibility for organising transfers other than those which have been confirmed by the Summer School.
4.2 Payment of the Course Fees: Following confirmation of booking the Company shall issue an invoice to the Parents specifying the amount of Course Fees and the date before which they are to be paid. The Parents agree jointly and severally to pay the Course Fees in full before 31st March 2026, the date specified in the invoice. The exception to this is where the booking is confirmed after 31st March 2026. In such cases the Course Fees will become immediately payable by in full by the Parents.
A deposit of £500 is payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due by 31st March 2026. Enrolment is not confirmed until the £500 deposit has been received and confirmed in writing by the summer school. Please note that the £500 deposit is non-refundable unless the Company is unable to offer your child a place. The deposit is part of the fee, not an additional fee. If payment is not received by this date, the summer School reserves the right to cancel the student’s place on the course and the advance payment is non-refundable.
4.3 Pocket money: The Parent shall provide the Student with pocket money in the applicable amounts suggested at £100 for used while participating on the Course.
4.4 Refund or waiver: Fees will not be refunded or waived:
4.4.1 if the Student does not complete the Course; or
4.4.2 if the Course duration is shortened;
4.4.3 save as set out above, for any reason other than exceptionally and at the sole discretion of the Course Leader.
However, if cancelled before 31st March 2026, 50% of the summer school fee will be charged as a cancellation fee,
If cancelled after 31st March 2026 the full summer school fee must be paid as a cancellation fee.
4.5 Immigration: It shall be the Parents’ responsibility to ensure that the Student has at all relevant times the appropriate immigration permission to enter the United Kingdom and to study on the Course. If the Student is not given the appropriate immigration permission any Deposit and /or Course Fees paid will be refunded providing that:
4.5.1 documentary evidence of the refusal by the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) is sent to the Company; and
4.5.2 the reason for the refusal is not because of any failure to comply with the UKVI visa application requirements.
4.5.3 Pippa’s Guardians is not responsible for ETA applications. This must be arranged by the students’ parents.
4.6 Non-payment of Course Fees: The Company may refuse the Student to participate in the Course if the Course Fees are not paid when due.
4.7 Cancellation: means the cancellation of the Student’s place on the Course which occurs after submission of the application / booking form and before the start of the Course or the date on which the Student arrives at the Course location.
4.8 Cancellation rights: If the contract with You is formed entirely at distance by means of post, fax or electronic communication without a face to face meeting with a member of the Company staff You may cancel this agreement at any time within 14 days of the date of the application / booking form. In such circumstances the Deposit will be refunded together with any Fees paid at the time.
4.9 Course Fees on Cancellation: Other than as provided for in clause 4.10, if notice of cancellation is received by the Company there will be no refund of the Course Fees paid and the Parent shall be required to pay the balance of the Course Fees immediately.
4.10 Termination by the Company: The Company may terminate this agreement immediately if:
4.10.1 The Student has committed a serious breach of discipline or behaviour;
4.10.2 The Parents have provided untrue, misleading or incomplete information to the Company;
4.10.3 the Student does not have the appropriate immigration permission to live in the United Kingdom and to study on the Course.
- Flights
5.1 Students will utilise the designated round-trip flights with Japan Airlines, which have been booked as a group reservation by Pippa’s Guardians Ltd. However, this does not apply if exceptions have been granted in advance.
5.2 The cost of the round-trip airfare will be 430,000 yen per student. The payment deadline for this is 31st March 2026.
5.3 The class of travel will be Europe round-trip, semi-flexible, Class B.
5.4 It is understood that by boarding, students agree to the various conditions of flight reservations set forth by Japan Airlines.
5.5 Flight Change and Cancellation Fees: The following change and cancellation fees will apply for alterations or cancellations of airline tickets after the contract has been established:
5.5.1 If a request is made from the establishment of the contract until 12:00 noon on 27th July 2026, the change or cancellation fee will be 55,000 yen per person.
5.5.2 For changes or cancellations made after noon on 27th July 2026, the full flight fee is payable.
5.5.3 Changes to the booking class are not permitted
5.5.4 The return sector may not be forfeited (partial use of the ticket is not allowed).
6.Education and welfare
6.1 Provision of education: The Company will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing educational services for the Student but cannot guarantee that s/he will achieve his / her desired results.
6.2 Organisation of the Course: We reserve the right to organise the Course and its delivery in a way which, in the professional judgement of the course Leader, is most appropriate to the Course as a whole. We will endeavour to inform You of changes and the reasons for them as soon as practicable.
6.3 Complaints: Any question, concern or complaint about the pastoral care or safety of the Student or any educational issue or other matter connected to the Company must be notified to the Course Leader as soon as practicable.
6.4 Medical care: By applying for our summer school program, applicants acknowledge that they will be required to provide accurate and complete medical information, including details of any allergies and health conditions. This information is essential to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants and will be carefully reviewed by the summer school team. While we strive to accommodate diverse needs, if it is determined that the summer school is unable to provide the appropriate care or resources required to meet the applicant’s specific medical needs, the application may not be accepted. This measure is taken to prioritise the health and safety of the applicant and the program as a whole.
The Parent must comply with the Company Medical Officer’s recommendations which may include a reasonable decision to send the Student home if he / she is unwell and unable to continue on the Course.
In the event of illness or injury, the student will meet the course leader or school nurse to review the situation. For minor ailments such as colds, headaches and sore throats, the student may be given general medication such as fever reducers, throat lozenges and cough syrup.
If the course leader or school nurse decides that a doctor is needed, an appointment will be made with a local GP. If urgent medical attention is required, the summer school staff will transport the student to the nearest hospital for immediate treatment or, if necessary, arrange for an ambulance. Where a pupil requires emergency medical treatment such as blood transfusions, general anaesthesia or surgery, a suitably qualified person will certify that this is necessary for the pupil’s welfare and the summer school reserves the right to consent on their behalf if they are unable to contact parents in time.
6.5 Confidentiality: The Parent authorises the Course Leader to override his / her rights and (so far as they are entitled to do so) the Student’s rights to confidentiality, and to impart confidential information on a “need to know” basis where necessary to safeguard the Student’s welfare or to avert a perceived risk of serious harm to the Student or to another person attending the Course or to inform members of staff about the Student’s particular needs.
6.6 Student’s personal property: The Student is responsible for the security and safe use of all his / her personal property including money, mobile phones or devices, watches, computers, and for property lent to them by the Company.
6.7 Insurance: The Company maintains those insurances as required by law. The Parent is responsible for any other insurance including travel insurance and insurance of the Students personal property whilst attending the Course or on the way to and from Course location or any activity away from the Course location organised by the Company.
6.8 Liability: Unless negligent or guilty of some other wrongdoing causing injury, loss or damage, the Company does not accept responsibility for accidental injury or other loss caused to the Student or for loss or damage to property.
7.Student behaviour
7.1 Behaviour and conduct: The Parent accepts that the Student will be subject to the Company’s rules and regulation and policies on behaviour and conduct while attending the Course or associated with the Company.
7.2 Sanctions: The Parent accepts that the Course Leader may impose an appropriate sanction on the Student following breach of the rules for behaviour or conduct which for more serious breaches may include requiring the Student to leave the Course.
8.General contractual matters
8.1 Data Protection: We use the information collected about You and the Student to provide the Course and to fulfil our statutory duties. Our privacy notice, which contains further information about how we use personal data can be found here. Please read this carefully. If the Student is aged 12 or over then you must ensure that s/he has read this as well
The Parent acknowledges and agrees to the following privacy policy regarding the sharing of images, video and audio of the activities during their child’s participation in the summer school.
(i) Personal information is obtained in a lawful and proper manner.
(ii) Personal data will be handled appropriately within the necessary scope. In some cases, images, video and sound may be processed.
(iii) In managing personal information, the Company will endeavour to take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent and rectify leakage, loss or damage, and for other security management.
(iv) The company complies with all laws and regulations relating to the protection of personal data and has established internal rules for the protection of personal data, which are continually reviewed and complied with.
(v) A contact point for complaints and consultations on the protection of personal data will be set up and efforts will be made to deal with them appropriately.
(vi) We will take photographs of the Students to share with parents and for use in future marketing materials and case studies including sharing photographs on social media. By entering into this Agreement you consent to our taking and using photographs of the Student for these purposes. If you do not wish us to take or use photographs of the Student, please specify this to us in writing before the course commences.
8.2 Consumer rights: Care has been taken to use plain language in these terms and conditions and to explain its provisions. If any words alone or in combination infringe the consumer rights laws or any other provision of law, they shall be treated as severable and shall be replaced with words which give as near the original meaning as may be fair.
8.3 Information for Parents: We provide parents of students and prospective students with information about the Company, the Course and the educational services we provide in good faith. This information may be contained in the Course brochure, website or other promotional literature or in statements made by staff. If the Parent wishes to take account of the information provided to them when deciding whether to enter into this agreement he / she should seek specific confirmation from the Pippa’s Guardians Ltd. that the information is accurate before submitting a completed application / booking form.
8.4 Third party rights: Only the Company and the Parent are parties to this agreement. The Student or any third party is not a party to it. No person other than a party to this agreement shall have any rights to enforce any term of this agreement.
8.5 Interpretation: These terms and conditions supersede those previously in force and will be construed as a whole. Headings, unless required to make sense of the immediate context, are for ease of reading only and are not otherwise part of the terms and conditions.
8.6 Jurisdiction: This agreement was made at the Company and it, together with each matter relating to the provision of educational services by the Company, is governed exclusively by the law of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

1. はじめに
1.1 利用規約:本利用規約および記入済みの申込書/予約書は、保護者と当社間の教育サービス提供に関する法的拘束力のある契約の基礎となります。
- 用語
2.1 申込書/予約書:生徒のサマーコースの予約を行う際に保護者が使用する申込書/予約書を意味します。
2.2 弊社または当社:現在または将来にわたって設立されるPippa’s Guardians Limited(および、その後継法人)を意味します。当社は有限責任会社として設立されています。
2.3 コース料金:料金表に定められたコースの料金を意味します。
2.4 デポジット(前払い金):コースを予約する際に保護者が支払う前払い金を意味します。
2.5 保護者またはあなた:申込書/予約フォームを提出した生徒の保護者または法的後見人を意味します。
2.6 コースリーダー:当社が任命したコースのリーダーを意味します。
2.7 生徒:申込書/予約フォームに記載された者で、当社によりコースへの参加が確定した者を意味します。
- コースへの申込み/予約
3.1 申込み/予約:保護者は、申込書/予約フォームに必要事項を記入し、を添えて当社に提出することで、学生のコースの予約を行うことができます。ただし、第3.3条または第4.5条が適用される場合を除き、デポジットは返金されません。
3.2 申込み/予約の検討:申込書/予約フォームが完全に記入され、デポジットが支払われた場合のみ、当社が申込み/予約を検討します。
3.3 利用可能性:コースの定員に空きがある場合のみ、受講が可能です。定員に空きがない場合は、保証金は保護者に返金されます。
3.4 平等性:当社は、当社は、さまざまな民族、背景、信条を持つ学生を歓迎します。障害を持つ生徒が当社の文化、方針、手続きを利用できるようにするために、合理的な範囲内で努力します。また、平等に関する法律に基づく法的および道徳的責任を果たし、障害を持つ応募者や生徒のニーズに対応します。
- 料金およびキャンセル
4.1 コース料金はコース参加費用3,950ポンドと往復航空券費用440,000万円(5項)で構成され、以下のものが含まれます。
4.1.1 英語レッスン、遠足、施設利用、宿泊、現地でのアクティビティ、食事、グループでの空港送迎、航空券。(グループでの空港送迎の詳細、および個人での空港送迎料金については、4.1.3項を参照のこと)
4.1.2 コース料金には含まれないもの:追加のオプションアクティビティ(乗馬・ゴルフ)、保護者の宿泊費および交通費、お小遣い、旅行保険、ビザ、ETA申請。(ETA申請の詳細は4.5.3項を参照のこと)
4.1.3 空港送迎:2025年7月27日JL043便で到着し、2025年8月9日JL044便でヒースロー空港を出発する生徒のコース料金には、グループでの空港送迎が含まれています。
(告知された空港到着・出発日時以外の)個別送迎については、Pippa’s Guardians Ltdのチームと事前に合意した上で、専用車による送迎サービスを追加料金250ポンドで利用できます。この費用は1台あたり3~6人の生徒で分担できます。サマースクールが手配した送迎以外については、当社は責任を負いません。
4.2 コース料金の支払い:予約確認後、当社は保護者に対して、コース料金の金額および支払期限を明記した請求書を発行します。保護者は請求書に明記された期限までにコース料金全額を支払うことに同意します。ただし、コース開始4週間以内に予約が確定した場合、この例外が適用されます。この場合、コース料金は即時に全額をお支払いいただきます。
予約時に保護者は500ポンドのデポジットを支払います。残金は2025年5月31日までにお支払いいただきます。500ポンドのデポジットがサマースクールに受理され、書面で確認されるまで入学は確定しません。500ポンドのデポジットは、当社が生徒の受講を認めない場合を除き、返金されません。デポジットは受講料の一部であり、追加料金ではありません。この期日までに支払いが確認できない場合、当社は生徒の受講を取り消す権利を有し、デポジットは返金されません。
4.3 お小遣い:保護者はお小遣いとして、100ポンド相当額を学生に提供できます。
4.4 返金または免除:以下の場合は、料金の返金または免除は行われません。
4.4.1 学生がコースを修了しなかった場合。
4.4.2 コース期間が短縮された場合。
4.4.3 上記に定める場合に加え、コースリーダーが例外的に認める場合を除き、いかなる理由であっても料金の返金、免除は行われません。ただし、2025年4月30日以前にキャンセルした場合は、費用の50%を返金します。
2025年5月1日以降にキャンセルした場合は、キャンセル料としてサマースクール費用の全額をお支払いいただきます。
4.5 入国管理:学生が英国に入国し、コースで学ぶために適切な入国許可証の所持を確認することは、保護者の責任とします。生徒に適切な入国許可証が発行されない場合、支払われたデポジットおよび/またはコース料金は、以下の条件を満たす場合に限り返金されます。
4.5.1 英国ビザ・移民局(UKVI)による拒否の証拠書類が当社に送付されること。
4.5.2 ビザ申請が却下された理由が、英国ビザ・移民局(UKVI)のビザ申請要件を満たさなかったことによるものではないこと。
4.5.3 Pippa’s Guardians LtdはETA申請の責任を負いません。これは生徒の保護者が手配しなければなりません。
4.6 コース料金の未払い:コース料金が支払期日までに支払われない場合、当社は生徒のコース参加を拒否できます。
4.7 キャンセル:申込書/予約フォームの提出後、コース開始前または生徒がコースの所在地に到着する前に、生徒がコース受講を取り消すことを意味します。
4.8 キャンセル権:当社スタッフとの対面式のミーティングなしに、郵便、ファックス、または電子通信手段によって完全に遠隔で保護者との契約が締結された場合、申込書/予約フォームの提出日から14日以内であれば、いつでも本契約をキャンセルすることができます。このような状況下では、デポジットは、その時点で支払われた料金とともに返金されます。
4.9 コース料金のキャンセル:4.10条に規定されている場合を除き、弊社がキャンセル通知を受領した場合、支払われたコース料金は返金されず、保護者はコース料金の残金を直ちに支払う必要があります。
4.10 当社による契約解除:以下のいずれかに該当する場合、当社は本契約を直ちに解除することができます。
4.10.1 学生が重大な規律違反または行動違反を犯した場合。
4.10.2 保護者が当社に虚偽、誤解を招く、または不完全な情報を提供した場合。
4.10.3本コースで学ぶための適切な入国許可を取得していない場合。
- フライト
5.1生徒はPippa’s Guardians Ltdがグループ予約を入れた、指定の日本航空往復便を利用します。ただし、事前に特例を認めた場合はその限りではありません。
5.2 往復航空券費用は生徒1人あたり440,000円とします。この支払い期限は2025年5月10日です。
5.3 利用クラス条件はヨーロッパ往復 セミフレックス Bクラスとなります
5.4 搭乗に際し、日本航空が定めるフライト予約の諸条件に同意したものとします。
5.5 フライトの変更・取り消し手数料について:契約成立後の航空券の変更・取り消しについては以下の変更・取り消し手数料が発生します。
5.5.1 契約成立後から2025年4月26日までにお申し出の場合、変更、取り消し手数料はお1人様16,500円
5.5.2 2025年4月27日から航空券発券予定日(2025年6月9日)までにお申し出の場合、変更・取り消し手数料、お1人様22,000円
5.5.3 航空券発券後から7月25日正午までの変更・取り消し手数料、55,000円
5.5.4 2025年7月25日正午以降の変更・取り消し料は手数料も含め、355,300円
- 教育および福祉
6.1 教育の提供:当社は生徒に教育サービスを提供するにあたり、十分な注意と技術を尽くしますが、生徒と保護者が希望する結果を保証するものではありません。
6.2 コースの編成:当社はコースリーダーの専門的判断により、コース全体として最も適切であると考える方法でコースを編成し、実施する権利を留保します。当社は、変更およびその理由を可能な限り速やかに通知するよう努めます。
6.3 苦情:学生の生活指導や安全、または教育上の問題、または当社に関連するその他の事項に関する質問、懸念、苦情は、できる限り速やかにコースリーダーに通知しなければなりません。
6.4 医療ケア:サマースクールプログラムへの申込みに際し、応募者はアレルギーや健康状態の詳細を含む、正確かつ完全な医療情報を提供する必要があます。この情報は、すべての生徒の安全と健康を確保するために不可欠であり、サマースクールのチームが慎重に確認します。当社は多様なニーズに対応するよう努めていますが、サマースクールが応募者の特定の医療ニーズを満たすために必要なケアやリソースを提供できないと判断した場合、応募は受理されないことがあります。これは、応募者およびプログラム全体の健康と安全を優先させるための措置です。
保護者は、当社の医療担当官の勧告に従う必要があります。その勧告には、生徒が体調不良でコースの継続が不可能な場合、帰宅させるという妥当な判断が含まれる場合があります。
病気や怪我の場合、生徒はコースリーダーまたは看護師と状況を確認します。風邪、頭痛、喉の痛みなどの軽度の病気の場合、生徒には解熱剤、トローチ、咳止めシロップなどの一般的な薬が処方される場合があります。
コースリーダーまたは看護師が医師の診察が必要と判断した場合は、地元の一般開業医の予約を取ります。緊急の医療措置が必要な場合は、サマースクールのスタッフが生徒を最寄りの病院に搬送し、速やかな治療を受けさせます。また必要に応じて救急車の出動を手配します。生徒が輸血、全身麻酔、手術などの緊急の医療措置を必要とする場合、適切な資格を有する者が、その措置が生徒の健康のために必要であることを証明し、保護者と連絡が取れない場合は、サマースクールが保護者に代わって承諾する権利を有します。
6.5 守秘義務:保護者は、コースリーダーが必要に応じて保護者および(保護者が権利を有する限りにおいて)生徒の守秘義務を無効にし、「知る必要がある」という理由で機密情報を開示することを許可する。これは、生徒の福祉を守るため、または生徒もしくはコースに参加している他の人物に対する深刻な危害のリスクを回避するため、あるいは生徒の特別なニーズについてスタッフに通知するために必要です。
6.6 生徒の私物:生徒は金銭、時計、コンピューターなど、すべての私物の安全確保と安全な使用について責任を負うものとし、また、当社から貸与された私物についても同様とする。
6.7 保険:当社は法律で義務付けられている保険に加入しています。しかし保護者は旅行保険およびコース受講中、またはコース会場への往復中、または当社が企画するコース会場外での活動中の学生の所有物の保険を含むその他の保険に加入する責任を負います。
6.8 責任:過失またはその他の不法行為により傷害、損失、損害が生じた場合を除き、当社は生徒に生じた偶発的な傷害またはその他の損失、または所有物の損失または損害について責任を負いません。
- 生徒の行動
7.1 行動および品行:保護者は生徒がコースに参加中、当社の行動および品行に関する規則、規定、方針(4.10条)に従います。
7.2 制裁措置:保護者は行動または品行に関する規則違反があった場合、コースリーダーが生徒に適切な制裁措置を課し、より深刻な違反の場合には生徒にコースからの退学を命じる場合があることを了承します。
- 契約に関する一般事項
8.1 データ保護:当社は、保護者および生徒に関する情報を、コースの提供および当社の法定義務の履行のために使用します。保護者は当社の個人情報取り扱いに関する情報に承諾したものとみなします。生徒が12歳以上の場合、生徒はこれを理解したものとします。
保護者は生徒がサマースクールに参加している間の画像、動画、音声の共有に関する以下のプライバシーポリシーを承認し、これに同意するものとします。
(i) 個人情報は適法かつ適正な方法で取得します。
(ii) 個人情報は必要な範囲内で適切に取り扱います。場合によっては、画像、動画、音声が処理されることがあります。
(iii) 当社は個人情報を管理する際、漏えい、滅失、毀損、その他の安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講じるよう努めます。
(iv) 当社は、個人情報の取扱いに関する法令、国が定める指針、その他の規範を遵守するとともに、個人情報保護に関する社内規程を整備し、継続的な見直しを行い遵守します。
(v) 個人情報の保護に関する苦情および相談の窓口を設置し、適切に対応するよう努めます。
(vi) 当社は保護者との共有、および今後のマーケティング資料や事例研究(ソーシャルメディア上での写真共有を含む)のために、生徒の写真を撮影します。本契約に同意することにより、生徒の写真をこれらの目的で当社が使用することに同意するものとします。生徒の写真の撮影または使用を希望しない場合は、コース開始前に書面にて当社にその旨を連絡することとします。
8.2 消費者権利:本規約では平易な言葉を使用し、その規定を説明するよう注意が払われています。単独または組み合わせにより、消費者権利法またはその他の法律の規定に違反する文言がある場合、それらは分離可能とみなされ、元の意味にできる限り近い意味を持つ公正な文言に置き換えられるものとします。
8.3 保護者向け情報: 当社は、生徒の保護者および受講希望者に対し、当社、コース、および当社が提供する教育サービスに関する情報を誠意をもって提供します。この情報はコースのパンフレット、ウェブサイト、その他の宣伝用資料、またはスタッフによる説明に記載されている場合があります。保護者が、本契約を締結するかどうかを決定する際に、提供された情報を考慮したい場合、申込書/予約フォームを提出する前にPippa’s Guardians Ltd.から、その情報が正確であることを確認する必要があります。
8.4 第三者の権利:本契約の当事者は、当社および保護者となります。生徒または第三者は、本契約の当事者ではありません。本契約の当事者以外のいかなる者も、本契約の条項を強制する権利を有しません。
8.5 解釈:本規約は、以前に有効であった規約に優先し、全体として解釈されます。見出しは、その直前の文脈を理解する上で必要とされる場合を除き、読みやすくするためのものであり、それ以外には本規約の一部とはみなされません。
8.6 管轄権:本規約は当社で締結され、当社による教育サービスの提供に関する各事項とともに、英国およびウェールズの法律に排他的に準拠し、両当事者は英国およびウェールズの裁判所の専属管轄権に従う。
